PCGC members have been very busy during the months of August and September!
Susan Milinkovich and Sandy Garrison had an exhibition of their works at the Evendale Community Recreation Center during the month of August.
Congratulations to Alane Shoemaker for “Historic Deadwood Tourist Trap, Home of The Wild West” being selected as the winner in Nikonians August travel contest.
Congratulations to Candace Cook, who won 1st place (Going Somewhere) and Honorable Mention (Feed Mill) in Photography at the Southeast Indiana Artist Guild annual show! Karen Kindness won 2nd place with Daddy’s Hands.
Congratulations to our members chosen for Evendale Community Arts Center’s juried exhibition/competition! Representing our club are Candace Cook, Sandy Garrison, Glen Kindness, Karen Kindness, Richard Lingo, Susan Milinkovich, and Alane Shoemaker. The exhibition will be on display outside at the Evendale complex from October 10 – November 1.
Rick Lingo won Best in Show with “Watch Out” at the annual Fairfield Community Artists juried exhibition! Rick had two other pieces on display as well. Candace Cook, Karen Kindness, and Alane Shoemaker each had two pieces in the show. The show runs through November 13.
Rick Lingo’s "Bumpers" was picked as a Finalist for the month of August from among 43,000+ photos at the Universe of Colour Photography.
Congratulations to Alane Shoemaker, who will have three images shown at the Gallery 708 “Impressions of Hyde Park Square” exhibition, October 1 – November 28.
One of Susan Milinkovich’s images from the Smokies was included in Landscape Photography Magazine “Last Light” assignment. Susan’s photo is bottom row, center.
Rick Lingo was the winner of the Montgomery Photography Exhibit with his piece, "Regression." It will be published in the Montgomery Neighbors magazine.
Karen Kindness had four images judged and accepted for the PSA International Exhibition 2021. Two were chosen for the Diamond circuit and three were chosen for the Galaxy circuit.
