Minutes for PCGC meeting on November 10, 2021
Glen Kindness called the meeting to order.
Competitions to be judged: Print: Fall Colors Digital: Still Life (natural light)
Judge for both: Chad Barrett
Contest: The Cincinnati Nature center open photo contest is taking entries .
Exhibit: Art North in Sharonville” West Heimer Gallery, Rt. 42 (by movie theater)
Exhibit: Impressions of Hyde Park Square, Gallery 8 on the Square. Oct. 1-Nov. 28
NEW BUSINESS: A slate of officers for 2021 was presented and voted on. All persons were elected.
The position of Secretary is still open. Please apply.
A big “Thank You” to Becky Slusher for providing cupcakes and coffee for the break time.
A discussion was held on whether to continue awarding Ribbons or the new Digital Certificates. A vote was taken and Ribbons got the most support but some people want both.
OLD BUSINESS: OUTING: The Cincinnati Triple Steam Engine outing on Dec. 4 still has openings. Contact Glen Kindness if you are interested in going.
Glen handed out the ribbons from previous competitions.
